The first four in my witch series! I’m really enjoying drawing this series and I’m planning on making twelve altogether.
These are all now available in my INPRNT shop.
I want to wear all these outfits.
How will you be able to identify your friendly neighborhood SPX staffer at this weekend’s show?
Well, jensorensen made a beautiful badge, which you’ve just seen but this year we went for a little something extra! I had this idea in my brain that NEEDED TO BE REAL.
If you’re at SPX and you see someone strapped into one of these, you know that person is there to help. And if they can’t help, they’ll get you to someone who can!
We would be NOWHERE without the dozens of folks that volunteer on SPX weekend and before the show. We’re so grateful to everyone who gives their time to make SPX a success.
And our volunteers would be nowhere without our coordinators Nate, Dan, Megan, Yitzy and Bailey! These are THE BEST PEOPLE!
And they are going to look super swank in these SWEATBANDS!
SPX is ALMOST HERE, holy moly!
I am so ready! Ready. To. SWEAT.
Oh hey this is what I’m doing this weekend.
I helped build this thing! (I made the jaunty little bunting too!)
We’ve spent many hours over the last several months, planning and building this large-scale collaborative piece. Our GIANT Lite-Brite is composed of tons of 8 inch by 8 inch squares of peg board, that we drilled double the holes in (because we are crazy). This weekend, we finally got to see our creation in action, watching it grow by one individual square at a time.
Our first contribution was this heart, made by a volunteer from the Brandywine Festival of the Arts:
By Sunday afternoon, we had a full board of unique designs:
Some days you are the lady in the foreground and some days you are the lady in the background.
